Setting Up Time Slot Preferences

There are various options for setting up time slot preferences to allow BasketballConnect to generate draws based on those settings.

You will be directed to this screen after you have completed Team Grading in the competition set up.

To access this screen at any time, select:

Competitions Module > Own Competitions > Time Slots

1	You can make your selection by checking the buttons next to your preference.  No Preference simply means you do not have a preference for when any divisions, grades or teams play
2	Even rotation will give you the option for either Divisions, Grades or Teams to play an even rotation of time slots
3	Allocate to the same time slots will offer either Divisions or Grades to play at the same day/time  e.g. U12s in all grades are to play on Saturdays at 8am
4	You can now choose to enter time slots based on match duration, or manually add each time slot
5	By filling in the provided fields to add a time slot, you can then select the division/s or grade/s to play at that time slot  To continue to add more days and times, select + Add Day
6	If you want to manually add time slots, you have the option to apply this across all venues or individual venues
7	Here you can add days and add time slots then select the preferred divisions or grades for each day and time
8	Once you have completed the time slot preferences, select Next

You will now be taken to the Venue preferences screen to continue the competition set up.
