Setting up Stripe Withdrawals

It is important to ensure you have your Stripe withdrawal account set up so any funds that are owing up to either an association or Basketball Queensland can be paid.

For example; if you as a club have redeemed the funds for a Government Voucher through the Government Portal then marked the voucher as received in BasketballConnect, the funds for any association or BQ fees needs to be taken out of your bank account and paid forward. This will automatically occur through Stripe using the withdrawal account.

To firstly check if you have your Stripe withdrawal account set up:

1	In the User Module, select the Administrators tab then select Our Organisation
2	Select Integrations
3	Under Stripe Withdrawal Account, note whether it lists an account number or the instructions to set up the account

If there is no account number, you will need to set up the Stripe withdrawal account by:

1	In the Finance Module, select Payment Gateway
2	At the right side of the screen, select Set up Stripe for Withdrawals
3	Enter your bank account information as prompted then select Save
