When you register in BasketballConnect as a referee, you will be required to enter your bank account information so you can be paid for any matches you accept. If you or your child is under the age of 18 and a registered referee, please click here first.
If for any reason you have not registered and your association has added you to a competition as a referee, you will now be able to see more options on your user profile so you can add your bank details and even supply your availability.

When you login to BasketballConnect on a desktop, it will open to your user profile. N.B. If you are adding the payment details on behalf of your child, ensure your switch to their profile before adding the information
Select the 3 dots next to the tabs at the top of the screen then select Payment Methods |
2 | If you have been recently added, you will see a pop-up alerting you to add your payment information. Select Upload Bank Account |
3 | This will redirect you to the Stripe website. Enter the email and phone number attached to the referee's profile. You will receive a 6 digit code as an SMS |
4 | Enter the information as requested. |
5 | Enter your personal information |
6 | Enter a brief description of how you are earning money through BasketballConnect |
7 | Enter your bank details |
8 | If you have never had a Stripe account before, at the final screen you will see an alert that there is missing information. This is to confirm your identity. Select Update |
9 | Follow the prompts to provide the information required |
10 | At the final screen, you can select Agree & Submit |

You will be redirected back to BasketballConnect. If at any time you need to change your bank account, revisit Step 1 and 2 of this guide then select Edit Bank Account |
