BasketballConnect Release Notes - 7th May, 2024

A BasketballConnect release occurred overnight as the following enhancements are now live in the system:

Registration Report Dashboards

In Registration Module > Registrations tab > Registrations > Graph View

A new registration report dashboard view has been added where you can see snapshot statistics for your registrations, participant retention, club data (if applicable) and more. Access the report by pressing the Graph View button below:

 

Fixtures Grid Summary

In Fixtures Module > Own Competitions tab > Draws > Summary Button

A new Summary feature has been added to the fixture draw grid page, where you can get a snapshot for:

- How many times each team has played one another

- How many times each team has played at each time slot

Note: To show time slots the time slot option in your setup needs to be on even rotation.

Fixture Grid Shows Unavailable Time Slots

In Fixtures Module > Own Competitions tab > Draws

If a court/time slot is unavailable or being used by another Association or Club, then you can hover over the tile to see who is using that spot.

Match Day Dashboard

In Match Day Module > Dashboard Tab

Within the Match Day module you can now get a summary of your current games in the live system, including key information such as player attendance or send off/incident reports that need to be completed.

If you have a item to attend to (e.g a Send off Report), you have to ensure you have selected a competition in the filter box above, which will then allow you to click on the Pending number to the left of the red bar which will take you directly to that item to action.

Add Existing Manager/Coach

In Teams Module > Create Participant > Existing user linked to ... 

You can now search your database of existing managers/coaches when creating a participant in the Teams Module.
