Some users may have created duplicate profile for themselves. You can merge these duplicate profiles following the steps below.
1 | Select User Module from the top right |
2 | Select the Users tab, then select Duplicate Users |
3 | Once you have found your duplicate user, select the three dots on the right hand side, then select View Latest Matches. |
4 | Any possible matches will be displayed on this screen, Click the circle on the left, then select Next on the bottom right. |
5 | Some situations possible matches will not display, in this case from the three dots select merge on the other duplicate. |
6 | Once you have clicked next, the screen will display various information on both profiles, Select the circles on the relevant information that you want to retain to one profile. |
7 | Once all the information is correct scroll down to select merge. |

Once you have finished clicked the Merge button, all information will be put into one User Profile. |
There might be some problems that arise while doing this process. These are some of the common things we have found and have helpful solutions for you!

Users might have two Stripe Customer ID Numbers, if that is the case you will need to check into their finance module for any pending or failed payments before merging. If you merge a profile that has pending payments the payments will not be able to be processed. If you merge a profile that has failed payments you will not be able to re try the payment. |
2 | When merging a profile with two stripe accounts you will see this pop up to ensure you have checked pending or failed payments. |
3 | When selecting "View latest matches" in step 3 above, if there is more than one duplicate they will display here. You will only be able to merge one profile at a time, you will need to come back to the other to merge all duplicates. |
