Logging In as an Admin User

Either your organisation or Basketball Queensland will need to add you as an admin user to have access.

Provide the below details to your organisation or BQ to create your admin account:

- First and Last Name

- Email address

- Phone Number

1	You will receive an email from BasketballConnect with your temporary password Make sure you check any spam/junk folders if you cannot find it in the inbox
2	On your desktop, open the link provided in the email or click this URL	https://basketball-comp-admin.worldsportaction.com/login
3	Enter your email and temporary password and select Login
4	Download the Google Authenticator App onto your phone from either the App Store or Google Play
5	Open the Google Authenticator App and using the camera on the app (not your phone camera), scan the QR code that appears on your desktop screen
6	The app will display a 6 digit code
7	Enter the 6 digit code on your desktop login

N.B. BasketballConnect will automatically log you out every 24 hours so you will need your Google Authenticator code to log back in each time. The 6 digit code resets every 60 seconds.
